Many of our customers choose epoxy flooring because it’s durable, thick, plastic-like material is resistant to liquid, and provides a slip-resistant surface that’s easy to maintain. Epoxy floors are also perfect for coating rough and pitted concrete, giving it a long-lasting, shiny surface.
We provide a wide variety of epoxy options depending on your individual needs.
We install and maintains epoxy flooring using state-of-the-art techniques. Many of our clients need extremely durable flooring. Our urethane cements give floors protection against liquids, heavy machinery, chemicals, and much more. We are also proud to offer the best in vapor emission barriers. Our epoxy flooring options are limitless!
Epoxy Coating and Epoxy Flooring
Epoxy is the result of mixing resins and hardeners together. It is a very durable, slip-resistant surface that is simple to maintain and great for areas with high traffic. It is also perfect for coating rough and pitted concrete floors. Epoxy can also be applied over wood, steel, metal, ceramic tile, and fiberglass. It is a quick and affordable solution for long lasting flooring in commercial buildings and it can provide high levels of chemical resistance. Depending on your needs, epoxy flooring can be basic or very decorative. It comes in many colors (from bright primary colors to pastels and earth tones). It can be applied in different patterns, such as checkerboard or stripes. We can also create the presence of granite or terrazzo floors by combining the epoxy with color chips.
Epoxy Urethane Cements
Urethane cement flooring is often used in food processing facilities; commercial kitchens; places exposed to water, such as a dishwashing area; and in coolers and freezers. It is also commonly used in pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Urethane cements are usually installed directly over concrete or cement. This creates a seamless flooring system by filling cracks and resulting in a smooth surface. The benefits of this include:
Vapor Emission Barriers
We understand that the movement of water vapor from high concentrations to lower concentrations, known as Moisture Vapor Transmission (MVT), can cause thousands of dollars in damage to impervious flooring, which includes surfaces that we work with (epoxy coatings and urethane coatings). To avoid MVT, we install the best vapor control solutions available. We follow the American Concrete Institute’s latest guidelines. We consider all critical information during this process—beginning with how we prepare the floor prior to placing the barriers, and then ensuring that the barriers are installed correctly, based on the square footage and the moisture in the concrete. Even the best barrier products can be useless if they are not properly installed.
We offer a complete line of concrete services.
We work with facility owners and managers throughout San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area, transforming new or retrofit concrete floors into high-quality, customized, and durable concrete surfaces. We offer a full line of concrete finishing, including cement overlays, epoxy, micro-topping, staining, and an array of artistic designs.
Concrete Grinding, Sealing, and Polishing
Concrete Grinding
By using advanced, 1,200-pound planetary grinders (which utilize rotating disks), we can quickly level, smooth, or clean the surface of a concrete slab. There are several reasons our customers choose this process for their flooring: it eliminates the time and cost of replacing concrete that is still in good condition, it is a simple answer to increasing the safety of your property, and it creates a perfect base for a new floor covering.
Concrete Sealing
Sealing your concrete protects it from surface damage, corrosion, and staining and can save you time and money in the long run. According to Wikipedia, most concrete damage is attributable to surface moisture intrusion, and high-quality concrete sealers can block up to 99% of surface moisture. Adding a seal will not only block water from penetrating the surface but will also help extend the life of the concrete and keep out salt, chemicals, dirt, and plant growth.
Concrete Polishing
When concrete is polished to a high gloss, it can drastically change the appearance of your floor by creating a “dazzling” and unique surface. We provide a full line of concrete finishing and have developed low-cost industry-leading techniques.
Decorative Concrete
Our skilled craftsmen are genuine artists at what they do. Many options can enhance the structure’s aesthetics, whether resurfacing an existing floor or creating a new concrete surface.
Concrete Staining
Acid and acrylic stains can dramatically change the appearance of a concrete surface. Acid stains produce more translucent and multicolored tones, such as tans, browns, terra cottas, and subtle blue-green shades. With the acrylic stains (more opaque), a broader palette of colors is available—the options include all the standard colors, including black and white. In both cases, stains can be mixed with others in the same category.
Vapor Emission Barriers
Micro-Toppings are resurfacing materials that can be extremely thin (like a credit card) or applied in several coats, creating a textured “broomed” or troweled finish. They are also referred to as “thin-section overlays.
Self-Leveling Cement
The sealer applied to the cement can be either matte or glossy. The sealer provides robust protection and also enhances the appearance of the surface. We love how self-leveling cement (concrete overlays) can transform plain concrete slabs into beautiful surfaces, and our customers do too! If the existing concrete floor in a facility has imperfections (which may result from aging, spalling, or cracks), then leveling cement may be the perfect solution.

Our company is renowned for our metal work. Our state-of-the-art training combined with our advanced skills and techniques provides our clients with an unparalleled level of quality.
Stone Refinishing
Historic Stone Preservation
Preserving natural stone is a delicate task that many companies cannot or choose not to perform. They may not appreciate the unique properties, textures and finishes of exterior and interior stone or they may find the process too cumbersome.
Stone Façade and Veneer
Stone Façade (also called veneer) provides a beautiful backdrop to the outside and inside of commercial buildings. “Façade” can be simply defined as an outer covering or facing used for decoration or protection for a structure.
Graffiti and Vandalism Removal and Maintenance
Graffiti and vandalism are some of the most vexing and difficult maintenance issues building and home owners face today. While nobody wants to spend unwanted dollars on building maintenance, vandalism is costing some owners thousands of dollars each year.
